RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING + PROCESSING TIME:

Please allow 24 hours to process your order.

Orders can be expected to ship within 1-2 business days of order date.

SHIPPING TIMES + COST WILL BE DETERMINED BASED OFF THE SHIPPING OPTION SELECTED AT CHECKOUT.

CEDES is NOT responsible for lost / stolen packages once shipped. 

RETURNS:

Returns are eligible for EXCHANGES or STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of delivery date. 

To be eligible to make a return, your items must be in the same condition you received it. Must have all tags attached in original location. 

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS INCLUDE:

Items marked as: Intimates, Swimwear, Accessories, and Marked Down/Sale Items.

This includes items bought during a site wide sale/discount code  

Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of arrival.

To complete your return, you must be able to provide your receipt/packing slip. 

We are NOT responsible for any shipping costs nor are shipping costs refundable. 

Upon shipping a return, consider purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost packages.
